Sky HD and Ultra – Full Breakdown of Packages and Channels

Sky HD is available as part of the Sky Signature or Sky Q package. If you opt for the £26 a month Sky Signature which has an 18 month contract length and set up cost of £20, you can pick Sky HD up for an additional £8 a month. Sky HD can be included on a 31 day rolling contract so you can add or remove it at the end of the month. For those looking for the highest quality viewing, Sky HD and Ultra can be added for £12 in total on a 31 day rolling contract.

To have Sky HD, you need to order Sky TV, this comes with 100 channels that are not available on Freeview and 500 Box Sets. To top this off, you get Netflix for free with the Sky Ultimate TV bundle. Add Sky HD to this and you get all the main channels but in HD, an extra 40 live channels with the main categories including Entertainment HD, Documentaries and Sports HD and Netflix as standard.

With Ultra HD, you get all of the above but with the Ultra HD channels too, these include Sky Originals in Ultra HD, selected live sports and movies when Sky Sports and Sky Cinema is included as well for an extra, £9 for Sky Cinema (discounted from £19) and Sky sports for £18 (discounted from £32).
