Vodafone's best deal depends on whether you want cheap Full Fibre, premium Pro 3 features or a Vodafone Together discount

Vodafone's broadband pricing is less useful as a simple speed-by-speed national table than some rivals because the exact tiers and prices available can depend heavily on your postcode.

But there are three clear routes into the current range.

Quick answer: standard Vodafone Broadband starts from £24 a month and is likely to be the best-value route for most homes. Pro 3 starts from £36 and adds Wi-Fi 7, a Super WiFi 7 Booster, 4G backup, Secure Net Home and enhanced support. Existing eligible Vodafone mobile customers should check Vodafone Together first, because standard Full Fibre can currently start from £22 and Pro discounts can be larger.

Why aren't we publishing a national price for Vodafone 150, 500 and 910? Vodafone's current public page shows its headline range and starting prices, but the exact speed-specific offer is returned after availability checks. Rather than invent or scrape an unreliable postcode price and present it as national, we treat £24 / £36 / Together £22 as today's public starting points and tell you to compare the actual tier offered to your address.

Which Vodafone deal looks best right now?

Best value for most homes: Standard Vodafone Broadband

The standard product starts £12 below Pro 3 at today's headline prices.

It still gives you a Wi-Fi 6 router and can reach 910Mbps where available.

Unless you specifically want Pro 3's mesh Wi-Fi, backup, security, support or multi-gigabit capability, we would start here.

Best for Vodafone mobile customers: Together

Existing eligible mobile customers should check their Together pricing before taking broadband through the ordinary public route.

Vodafone currently shows Full Fibre from £22 for eligible Together customers.

Best premium deal: Pro 3

Pro 3 makes much more sense when you value several of its extras together.

The strongest reasons are automatic 4G backup, whole-home Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi 7 and premium support — not simply the ability to buy 2.2Gbps.

Best switching offer: up to £200 credit

Customers still inside another provider's minimum term should check Vodafone's current switcher credit before paying an early termination charge themselves.

Vodafone Broadband from £24: what do you get?

Standard Vodafone Broadband is the package most people should investigate first.

The current national headline offer starts from £24 per month on a 24-month contract.

Vodafone says its standard range can reach up to 910Mbps depending on your address.

It uses the Power Hub with Wi-Fi 6, provides Intelligent WiFi and supports large numbers of household devices.

It does not include everything bundled with Pro 3.

In particular:

  • Super WiFi is optional
  • 4G Broadband Back-up is not normally included
  • Secure Net Home has a three-month free trial before becoming a paid add-on
Standard does not mean slow 910Mbps is already more broadband capacity than most households can routinely exploit. Paying for Pro 3 is primarily about its premium connectivity package and access to Vodafone's fastest tiers, not because ordinary Vodafone Broadband is basic.

Is Vodafone Pro 3 worth another £12 a month?

At today's starting prices, standard Vodafone Broadband begins at £24 while Pro 3 begins at £36.

That makes the initial headline difference £12 per month.

It would be a mistake to judge the premium purely as payment for faster broadband.

Pro 3 currently bundles:

  • Wi-Fi 7 Ultra Hub 7
  • Super WiFi 7 Booster
  • Whole-home Wi-Fi guarantee
  • 4G Broadband Back-up
  • 100GB monthly backup-data allowance
  • Secure Net Home
  • 90-day proactive monitoring
  • Prioritised Broadband Xpert support
  • Access to Full Fibre speeds reaching 2.2Gbps where available

For somebody who would otherwise pay £7 a month to add Super WiFi to standard broadband, the effective gap becomes smaller.

Likewise, a home worker who values automatic mobile backup can reasonably assign value to that feature.

Do not value every Pro 3 feature at its retail price unless you would have bought it separately Bundling £7 Super WiFi and a security product into a package does not create £9 of personal value if you never intended to pay for either. Compare Pro 3 against your actual requirements.

Which Vodafone broadband speed offers the best value?

The exact price ladder depends on your address, so we would use the following buying logic once Vodafone returns your postcode offers.

74–150Mbps

Plenty for normal streaming, browsing, gaming and home working.

If the cheapest Vodafone deal at your address sits here, there is no reason to dismiss it simply because faster products exist.

Value-focused homes

500Mbps

Excellent shared capacity for a busy family and extremely fast large downloads.

If the premium over 150Mbps is modest, this is often the first faster tier we'd investigate.

Busy-household sweet spot

910Mbps

Gigabit-class broadband without requiring a move to Pro 3.

Best suited to frequent huge downloads and heavy multi-user households.

Power-user Standard option

1.8–2.2Gbps

These Pro tiers make most sense when you have multi-gigabit equipment or unusually demanding download/upload workloads.

Specialist Pro 3 tier

Our Vodafone Broadband Review 2026 explains the wider package differences and household use cases.

Don't compare Vodafone deals without checking the upload speed

This is unusually important with Vodafone.

Two packages carrying the same Vodafone brand can have very different upload performance because the underlying Full Fibre infrastructure varies.

Vodafone currently gives examples where Openreach Full Fibre offers lower upload speeds than the headline download rate, while eligible CityFibre and Community Fibre connections can offer symmetrical speeds.

ExampleDownloadPossible upload structureWhy it matters
Full Fibre 150~150MbpsVodafone gives 27Mbps as an Openreach example; symmetrical networks can be much fasterOrdinary households probably won't care; heavy uploaders might.
Full Fibre 500~500Mbps68Mbps Openreach example vs potentially symmetrical elsewhereA major difference for cloud and professional file workflows.
Pro multi-gigabitUp to 2.2GbpsUp to 2.2Gbps upload on qualifying symmetrical infrastructureExtremely attractive for specialist professional use.
Check the Contract Summary, not just the package name If uploading large files is important to you, the upload estimate Vodafone gives your property can matter more than moving from 500Mbps to an even faster download package.

Vodafone Together deals: potentially the cheapest route

Vodafone Together is designed around households holding multiple eligible Vodafone services.

Its current offer page shows Full Fibre broadband from £22 per month when added as an eligible plan, compared with the ordinary £24 national headline starting price.

The current Together structure also says an eligible Vodafone Pay Monthly mobile customer adding:

  • Standard Broadband can receive £2 off
  • Pro Broadband can receive £4 off

There are further discounts when adding eligible mobile plans to an account that already has broadband.

Vodafone Together is strongest when you already want Vodafone mobile Do not change mobile provider purely to save £2 on broadband without comparing the mobile price. The right comparison is the total household bill, not one discounted line item.

Vodafone broadband price increases during the contract

The initial £24 or £36 number is not the price you should expect to pay for the entire 24-month minimum term.

Vodafone currently increases its Home Broadband monthly plan charge by £3.50 on 1 April each year.

Standard broadband example

From £24 Current starting headline price
From £27.50 1 April 2027
From £31 1 April 2028

Pro 3 example

From £36 Current starting headline price
From £39.50 1 April 2027
From £43 1 April 2028
A new 24-month contract taken in August 2026 can cross two annual price-change dates That is why today's starting price should not simply be multiplied by 24 when comparing Vodafone against Virgin Media, BT or Sky.

How we compare the real Vodafone deal cost

We would compare every Vodafone offer using five numbers rather than one:

  1. Starting monthly price — the number advertised today.
  2. April 2027 price — after the first current £3.50 broadband increase.
  3. April 2028 price — if your minimum term continues across the second increase.
  4. Optional add-ons — Super WiFi, Xtra or other extras you choose.
  5. Post-contract price — what happens when the original in-contract discount ends.

Your exact 24-month total depends on activation and billing dates, so presenting one pretend national total would create false precision.

The useful comparison is the price path.

Vodafone's current £200 switching-credit offer

Vodafone is currently offering eligible new broadband customers up to £200 account credit when they switch directly to Vodafone and pay an early termination fee to their existing provider.

That can materially change the economics of switching before the current contract ends.

The offer is subject to Vodafone's eligibility, purchase and claim requirements.

A £150 leaving fee doesn't necessarily mean you have to wait If your existing provider charges an eligible early termination fee and Vodafone's current switcher offer covers it, a genuinely better broadband deal may still be economical before the old contract reaches its natural end.
Still inside another provider's contract?

Check the switching-credit terms before deciding you have to wait.

Check £200 switcher offer

Should you add Vodafone Super WiFi?

On standard Vodafone Broadband, Super WiFi currently costs £7 per month.

The Booster works with the router to extend Wi-Fi coverage around the home.

Vodafone's qualifying guarantee can provide additional Boosters — up to three in total — if you cannot receive Wi-Fi signal and at least 10Mbps throughput in every room.

If Vodafone still cannot resolve the qualifying coverage problem after the full process, you can leave without an early termination fee under the current guarantee.

The pricing question

If you are already considering standard broadband plus £7 Super WiFi, compare that finished monthly price with Pro 3.

Pro 3 includes a Super WiFi 7 Booster alongside other extras.

Standard + Super WiFi can narrow the Pro 3 price gap significantly But Pro 3 still only represents better value if you also care about its other features. Do not move to the premium package solely because the arithmetic makes the monthly difference look smaller.

Vodafone Xtra broadband deals

Vodafone Xtra can be added to its broadband plans.

The current proposition includes:

  • Apple TV 4K hardware
  • Three months of Apple TV+ for qualifying new Apple TV+ users
  • Anytime UK landline and mobile calls

The additional Xtra price varies with the broadband plan and is displayed during the buying process.

Treat Xtra as a separate purchase decision An Apple TV box is only a saving if you actually wanted one. Avoid letting a bundled gadget push you into a more expensive broadband package or add-on you would not otherwise buy.

Setup fees, installation and landline

Vodafone's main current headline broadband comparison shows £0 upfront and £0 installation for the standard offers it displays, although its general terms note that installation charges can apply in some circumstances.

Installation requirements depend on the network already reaching the property.

A landline is optional rather than compulsory.

This is useful for households that have no reason to maintain a home-phone service.

Are these Vodafone deals available to existing customers?

The headline public broadband offers are primarily relevant to new orders.

Vodafone has a separate existing-customer upgrade area where customers can check account-specific broadband upgrades and Pro offers.

Existing customers should not assume either:

  • that the public new-customer price automatically applies to them; or
  • that their renewal offer is automatically better than switching elsewhere.

Our Sprint 4 article **Vodafone Broadband Deals for Existing Customers 2026** will cover that separately.

Existing Vodafone mobile customer? That is different from being an existing Vodafone broadband customer. A Pay Monthly mobile account may make you eligible for Together broadband discounts when adding broadband.

Which Vodafone broadband deal should you choose?

You want the cheapest sensible Full Fibre deal

Start with Vodafone's standard broadband range and compare the lowest suitable Full Fibre speed Vodafone offers to your address.

Vodafone Broadband

You already use Vodafone mobile

Check Together before the ordinary public route. Current discounts can reduce both Standard and Pro Broadband pricing.

Vodafone Together

You need automatic backup

Pro 3's 4G Broadband Back-up is a genuine differentiator for people who cannot afford to lose connectivity.

Pro 3

You have weak Wi-Fi around a large home

Compare standard + £7 Super WiFi against Pro 3 with its included Booster and wider premium package.

Compare both

You frequently download huge games or files

500Mbps or 910Mbps may already be plenty. Check the price jump before buying 1.8 or 2.2Gbps.

500–910Mbps first

You upload massive professional files

Pay close attention to the network. A symmetrical Vodafone connection can be much more valuable than simply buying a higher download tier.

Our Vodafone Broadband Deals verdict

Standard from £24 is the deal we'd check first — unless you're eligible for Vodafone Together

Vodafone has a slightly unusual deal structure because the postcode check matters more than a national package table.

That means we would not pick a winner by pretending everybody can buy the same 150Mbps or 500Mbps promotion.

Instead, the current decision looks like this:

Standard Vodafone Broadband from £24 is the sensible starting point for most households.

It provides Wi-Fi 6 and can reach up to 910Mbps, so this is not an entry-level service simply because Vodafone also sells Pro.

Vodafone Together is the first place we'd look if the household already has eligible Vodafone mobile service. The current £22 Full Fibre starting point is lower than the standard public £24 figure, and eligible Pro discounts can also be larger.

Pro 3 from £36 is much easier to justify when you value its entire feature set: Wi-Fi 7, Super WiFi mesh coverage, 4G backup, security and enhanced support.

We would not pay the Pro premium purely to access 2.2Gbps unless we had a real use case for multi-gigabit broadband.

The biggest trap with all three routes is comparing only the starting monthly price.

Vodafone currently raises the broadband plan by £3.50 every 1 April, meaning a new two-year agreement started now can see two increases.

And with Vodafone more than many providers, check the upload speed attached to your address. The underlying Full Fibre network can materially change the service you receive.

Our order of attack: check Together eligibility → check standard Vodafone Full Fibre → compare Pro 3 only if its extras matter → inspect the upload estimate → then compare the full price path against the wider market.
